Since 1968, we have built or renovated hundreds of commercial buildings. Different shapes. Different sizes. And for many different kinds of clients. To name a few, we've worked with bankers and boat builders, retail stores and rec centers, town governments and tool crafters, schools and swingset makers, restaurants and hotels.

Given that the needs of each client are often unique, we start by listening and learning. It's fundamentally important for us to understand exactly how the building will be used and to plan out every detail. If the project is a renovation, the client will most likely need to conduct its business while we conduct ours. In that case, we will become as invisible as possible, paying extra attention to keeping the area clean and neat, so there will be minimum distraction. At the same time, we'll be readily available to talk about anything that may come up. Expect us to communicate clearly and be accountable for everything that goes on…budget and timeline included.
